For CE compliance, shield should be attached on both sides of encoder
cable.

CE-Compliance
NOTE:- Avoid running the encoder cable near other high
power wiring, especially the motor power cable, if possible.
NOTE:- Cable Length should not exceed 30m (100 feet).
