Check fan casing
for foreign matter
on inside.
Check fan rotation.
Turn fan gently once or twice
by hand.

Measure resistance of indoor fan
motor winding.

Fan motor burnout
or foreign matter
in bearings.
Repair or replace.
Remove foreign
matter or repair.
Check fan motor capacitor.
