STAPLES Finisher ” ( Page 7-21) .
When copies have not been stapled in the staple mode, the following message may be shown on the
display:
Examine stapler
This means that staples have become jammed. Remove them as described below.

6. REMOVING JAMMED STAPLES (OPTIONAL)
2 Holding the knob, lower part A .
3 Remove any jammed staples using your fingertip
or something sharp.
4 Holding the knob, return part A to its original
position.
