This phone has Speed Dial, with access to a phone number with a
shortcut number for speed dialing or to an e-mail or URL address for
quick access.

On the home screen, press Start > All Programs > More >
Applications > [O].

Scroll to Speed Dial > [O].

Press the Menu > Run or Go.

Follow the on-screen instructions to change, add or deleted an entry.
