Station ID
■ Telephone Number:
Enter the voice number you want to appear on the cover pages
you send (up to 20 digits). You can also use spaces and
hyphens, as desired.
■ Fax Number:
Enter the MFC’s fax number (up to 20 digits). You can use
spaces and hyphens.
■ Station ID:
Enter your name or company name (up to 20 characters). This
information is placed at the top center of each page when the
MFC transmits to another fax machine. Along with this
information, the Fax Number, date and time and the page
number are also displayed on the received fax message.
Custom Cover Page
■ User Defined Comment 1 & 2
You can set up two custom comments (up to 27 characters
each) that you can select when you set up a cover page for fax
transmissions.
Remote
■ Fax Receive Code
This is a three digit numeric code to activate your MFC from
an extention phone on the fax line. Use this code when you
answered a fax call at an extension phone. The default setting
is 51; the extension phone must use touch tone.
■ Telephone Answer Code
This is a three digit numeric code to deactivate your MFC and
bring a voice call to an extension phone on the fax line. Use this
code if you hear the MFC double-ringing for you to pick up a
voice call and you want to answer at an extension phone. The
default setting is #51; the extension phone must use touch tone.
Speaker Volume
Select either High, Medium, Low or Off for the volume of the
MFC’s speaker.
