Central Phonebook
The MD Evolution PBX system provides a central phonebook,
which you access via the Dial-by-name feature.
Dial-By-Name
The dial-by-name feature allows you to access the central
phonebook, enabling you to call any centrally stored contact.
To access the central phonebook contacts, do the following:

Press to access the central phonebook. æ
Press and wait for a dial tone.

Dial the first letter of the name of the contact you wish to call,
followed by “*”. The database search returns the first name
starting with that letter. The following options are now
available:
• To scroll forward, press 0
• To scroll backward, press *
• To call the name displayed, press #
• To end the session, press “No” æ
Press to end the session.
