[Configuration][Communications]

The Communication Setup dialog sets up your computer ready for communicating with the connected
device. Any changes made to the settings are automatically saved when the dialog is closed.

From the [Configuration] menu, select [Communications]

Port

This specifies the serial port on the computer that is used to
communicate with the device.

You can select from COM1 --- COM20. In addition, you can
manually enter the name of a port that is outside this scope. E.g.
COM25. Although unlikely, this may be necessary if the computer
has several multi-port serial expansion cards installed

Baud Rate

This is the speed at which the computer will communicate with the
device. The baud rate ranges from 300 --- 38400 bps. The default
setting is 9600 bps.
