If the system is installed behind a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) then 9 is necessary before dialing an outside line. If
this function is enabled then the system can only be dialing an outside line, it cannot dial the extension.

4. Enter the number to access dial tone to dial an outside line, generally 9 is the default number for most PBX system,

5. Select delay time for the PBX system to access dial tone, generally 2-3 second delay is plenty of time, then press #
