Remove the O-ring with a plastic pick device.
Do not scratch or nick the sealing surfaces.
To replace O-ring and collet, lubricate the O-
ring with petroleum jelly and insert into hole
and make sure it lies flat on its seating sur-
face. Align the collet with the hole and push
straight in. Some collets are tighter than oth-
ers by design and may require a rocking mo-
tion while pushing.
This procedure is the same for all the collets,
in the atomizer body, and the cup wash mani-
fold.
Turbine O-Ring Replacement (Figure 52)
Remove air bearing turbine from the atomizer.
Remove all exterior O-rings.
Lightly lubricate all O-rings with A11545 Petro-
latum jelly before reinstalling.
Kit A11534-00 contains all required O-rings for
replacement.
