AutoPulse Multi-Chemistry Battery Charger

Caution: Do not remove the AutoPulse Multi-Chemistry Battery Charger cover. The AutoPulse Multi-

Chemistry Battery Charger has no internal user serviceable parts.

7.1

Cleaning the AutoPulse Multi-Chemistry Battery

Charger

Clean the external surfaces of the AutoPulse Multi-Chemistry Battery Charger at least once a month only
with a lint-free cloth that is either dry or slightly damp with water.

7.2

Replacing a AutoPulse Multi-Chemistry Battery

Charger Fuse

The only user-serviceable parts on the AutoPulse Multi-Chemistry Battery Charger are the alternating
current (AC) power fuses. To check if the fuse has burned out, follow these steps:

1.

Unplug the Power Cord from the wall outlet and from the receptacle on the back of the AutoPulse
Multi-Chemistry Battery Charger. Wait one minute before going to step 2.

The fuse holder is located directly under the power receptacle on the back of the AutoPulse Multi-
Chemistry Battery Charger (see Figure 7-1). Open the fuse holder by pressing down on the locking
tab and pulling the fuse holder straight out.

Warning: No modification of the AutoPulse Multi-Chemistry Battery Charger, the AutoPulse Li-Ion

Battery, or the AutoPulse NiMH Battery is allowed.
