2.5.7. DNP client action setting (WP)
This command is used to configure action of DNP client. For implementing DNP
communication functions, this command is added.

p1 : Period of integrity poll [s] (1 to 3600)
p2 : Period of event poll [s] (1 to 3600)
p3 : Response timeout [s] (1 to 60)
