While getting SCSI command bytes, the SCSI
chip reported an empty FIFO before it was
expected.

While getting SCSI command bytes, the SCSI
chip reported that the FIFO was not empty when it
should be empty.

SCSI Gross Error

Gross error status was returned by the SCSI chip.
This usually means that the SCSI chip is in an
illegal state.
