Control Lock

The front panel controls including all switches, faders and joystick can be disabled to protect an installation
from any tampering. To disable the controls, power up the CP20 while holding the “Delete” switch, to re-
enable the controls, power up while holding the “Insert” switch.

Memory Lock

This feature is hidden from the other system programming features in order to protect the memory. To access
memory lock you must be in the menu directory. So, first press the Menu button to get into the Menu directory.
The first screen in the Menu directory is usually the “choose a fixture”. When in the Menu directory, press
"INSERT” and hold it down while stepping through the hidden menu options with the "-Å" and "Æ+"
buttons. Once you've got to the display below then PRESS "ENTER" TO LOCK/UNLOCK MEM. You will
then use the "-Å" and "Æ+" buttons to toggle between MEM LOCKED and MEM UNLOCKED. Once
you have locked or unlocked the memory then press "ENTER" to confirm and save your selection. The display
will momentarily read "DONE" to confirm the action.

The memory lock display initially reads:

PRESS “ENTER” TO
LOCK/UNLOCK MEM.


Erase Memory

This feature is also hidden from the other system programming features. To erase the memory press
“INSERT” while you are in the Menu. The erase memory display reads:

PRESS “ENTER” TO
ERASE ALL MEMORY

You will then get a display as below.

ARE YOU SURE
+YES, - NO
