Replacing

a

module

Attention:

Never

leave

an

empty

bay

or

slot

in

the

rear

of

the

enclosure

after

removing

a

module.

Either

install

a

replacement

module

or

fit

with

a

blanking

plate.

Removing

or

installing

a

power

supply

unit

DANGER

Do

not

remove

covers

from

a

PSU.

Danger

of

electric

shock

exists.

Return

the

PSU

to

your

supplier

for

repair.

Important:

If

only

one

PSU

is

used

in

the

storage

system,

a

blanking

plate

must

be

fitted

in

the

unused

upper

slot.

Operating

the

storage

system

with

any

modules

missing

will

disrupt

airflow

and

the

drives

will

not

receive

sufficient

cooling.

It

is

important

that

all

openings

are

filled

before

operating

the

system.:
