Inspect
the
new
fan
for
any
damage.
Do
not
install
it
if
there
are
any
visible
signs
of
damage.
5.
Install
the
fan
by
pushing
it
down
into
the
empty
fan
slot
until
it
is
even
with
the
other
fans.
Be
sure
that
the
fan
LED
turns
off
within
10
seconds
of
installation.
When
properly
installed,
the
fan
will
plug
into
the
enclosure
management
PCB.
Ensure
that
the
fan
LED
extinguishes
within
10
seconds
of
installation.
6.
Slide
the
enclosure
cover
(see
2
in
the
following
figure)
until
it
is
closed,
and
then
turn
the
lock
mechanism
to
the
“locked”
position
(see
1 ).
