FUNCTIONS

EXPOSURE COMPENSATION

Although the camera’s exposure is set automatically, you can vary it to

change the image brightness in the range of ±2 stops in 0.5-stop steps.

Note

• Use this function to obtain correct brightness (exposure) when

there is significant contrast (difference in brightness) in the
image.

• Set a [+] value to make the image brighter and a [–] value to

make it darker.

Open the lens barrier.

The camera turns on in the Record

mode.

Press the

The monitor shows the Camera

menu.
