FUNCTIONS

CONTRAST

Use this function when you want to emphasize, or alternatively reduce, the

contrast between the bright areas and the dark areas of the subject.

Note

Contrast settings

HIGH:

The difference between the bright and dark areas
is enhanced to give the image a higher contrast
effect.

NORMAL: This is the standard setting for taking pictures.
LOW:

The difference between the bright and dark areas
is reduced to give the image a flatter effect. This
setting is ideal for processing images on a PC.

Open the lens barrier.

The camera turns on in the Record

mode.

The monitor shows the Camera

menu.
