Install the SCSI riser card in the procedure described below, while
see “Before starting operation” on page 46:

1 If the server is running, shut it down and turn off the power.

2 Unplug the power cable.

NOTE: Installing the SCSI riser card while the power is on
may damage the server and expansion card.

3 Remove the server panels.

4 Remove the expansion card.

5 Remove one screw that fixes the riser card and fan duct 2 and

then pull the lever to remove the riser card.

Removing the riser card

NOTE: The riser card may be damaged by contacting with a
fan duct. Be careful to remove and insert the riser card.
