Data collection from the Cygnus Thin Film Controller is done for four data
parameters across all configured channels. Only one group of data parameters can
be displayed, for all six channels, at one time on the Trend Graph. A second graph
(Trend Graph Bis) can be displayed (using the Context Menu) for comparison of
two different data parameters. The display parameter choice is made from a button
in the upper left corner of the Trend Graph as shown in
Figure 4-3 .
