MK-145 OPERATION
aDJUSTMeNT aND OPeRaTiON:
Cutting Straight Edges:
DO NOT FORCE TOOL, it will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it
was designed.
(A)
Loosen the two (2)
Retaining Knobs and align
the Measuring Arrow of
the Adjustable Cutting
Guide to the cut length
indicated on the Cutting
Table Ruler then retighten
the Retaining Knobs

Position the tile against the
Adjustable Cutting Guide
(C)
Set Blade Guard above the
top of the tile
(D)
Turn ON the MK-145 and
verify Cooling Water Flow
around Blade Guard
(E)
Feed the tile into the
Diamond Blade with a
steady even pressure
(forcing the tile will cause
the blade to slow which
could cause motor
overheating)
(F)
Turn saw OFF when
cutting is complete
