Change the Diamond Blade when it becomes worn, cracked or damaged. The following section describes the

correct procedure for changing out the Diamond Blade.

Unplug the PX-3 from its power source (Figure 34).
Remove Retaining Nut and Outer Flange (Figure 35).
Install the new Diamond Blade onto Blade Shaft. Ensure that it is seated properly on the Flange (Figure 36).
Install the Retaining Nut and Outer Flange and then tighten using the Blade and Shaft Wrenches (Figure 37).

DIAMOND BLADE CHANGE OUT

Disconnect the tool before servicing and when changing accessories, such as blades, bits, cutters and the like.
