d. Slowly lower header onto transporter cutterbar
supports.
e. Back up slightly until cutterbar guard tips
approximately line up with the top plate on the
cutterbar support.
f. Continue to lower header until leg guides
contact supports at rear of header and the
header is resting fully on the transporter.
IMPORTANT
Header should rest firmly in and against
the support pockets.
g. Detach header/adapter from combine. Refer
to CA20 Combine Adapter Operator’s Manual.
h. Engage cutterbar tie-downs. Refer to
paragraph 3.9.4 Engage Cutterbar Tie-downs.
i. Attach header anchor chain. Refer to
paragraph 3.9.5 Attach Header Anchor Chain.
