Options OD and OE allow you to enable or disable the
Modulo 43 check character for Code 39. To enable
the Modulo 43 check character, scan label OE. To
disable the Modulo 43 check character, scan label OD.

You can transmit or suppress the Start and Stop
characters in Code 39. To suppress transmission of
