3. Click Create a new account (circled above).
The Create New Account dialog box appears.
4. Type your new user account name (circled above) and make sure
Administrator is selected.
5. Click Create Account.
The New Manage Accounts window appears.
The current Administrator account (default) is shown with a blue
background. After you create a password for the new user account, it
appears as the default.
6. Click the newly created New_User_Account.
