Disconnected Startup simply requires the user to select the option and enter a cache synch period if the
default of 250ms is not desired. The PI SDK option is disabled and the /pisdk=0 parameter will be defined in
an effort to disable the PI SDK.
The synchronization period is limited to a value of 0 or a range of values from 50 to 3000 ms
inclusive. Values outside this range will generate an informational message indicating the
out or range error. The following figure in an example of the message generated when an
invalid value is entered into the Cache synchronization period text field.
