7 Important Safety Information
Safety At All Times
Thoroughly read and understand the instructions
in this manual before operation. Read all instruc-
tions noted on the safety decals.
▲ Be familiar with all planter functions.
▲ Operate machinery from the driver’s seat only.
▲ Do not leave planter unattended with tractor
engine running.
▲ Do not dismount a moving tractor. Dismount-
ing a moving tractor could cause serious injury
or death.
▲ Do not stand between the tractor and planter
during hitching.
▲ Keep hands, feet and clothing away from
power-driven parts.
▲ Wear snug-fitting clothing to avoid entangle-
ment with moving parts.
▲ Watch out for wires, trees, etc., when folding
and raising planter. Make sure all persons are
clear of working area.
▲ Do not turn tractor too tightly, causing planter
to ride up on wheels. This could cause per-
sonal injury or equipment damage.
