3. From the Assay drop-down list, select StdSens > Eukaryotic total RNA.
4. Select a project folder for the run from the Project drop-down list.

Create a new project folder by typing a name in the Project field or by selecting
File > Project > New.
The project folder appears in the project tree after the run has started.
5. Enter a name for the run in the Run Prefix field.
6. Click the Start Run button at the top of the window to start the run. The New Run
dialog opens (Figure 1.5).
