Insert a column between columns H and I, and label it
Exp Conc (Expected
Concentration). Enter the expected concentration for each well.

Click on cell I1 (Exp Conc) and select Data > Sort to sort the data by expected
concentration (Figure 2.5).

10. Insert 3 columns after column J, and label them
Mean Conc, Stdev, and %CV. Use
Excel software to determine the mean, standard deviation, and %CV for each set of
replicates (each concentration examined) (Figure 2.6).
