Connecting Your Computer to a TV and Adjusting Display Settings

Access the menu for your TV and select the option that allows you to choose
the proper source for the incoming signal based on how you have your TV and
computer connected.
NOTE:
You may be able to access the TV menu from the TV remote control.
Examine the remote for a button labeled "Menu." Press the Menu button and select
the feature that allows you to specify the input signal for the TV.
Select the source for the input signal that corresponds to the input that you
have connected from your computer to the TV. For example, your TV menu
may show a screen similar to the following example:
