IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We recommend that this performance part be installed by a qualified
motorcycle technician. If you have any doubts as to your ability to install
this performance part, please consult with your local motorcycle dealer.
Read all instructions first before starting installation. Make sure the
motorcycle and exhaust system are completely cool before starting the
installation. Also, make sure the bike is secure on a centerstand or ideally
a service lift during installation. Be sure to save all stock components for
possible use later.
Installation Instructions
Make sure the bike is completely cool before starting
the installation. Make sure the bike is secure on the
sidestand or ideally a rear service stand.
This product is designed to be used with the Two
Brothers Racing slip-on exhaust for a 2007-08 CBR600RR
and should be installed by a qualified mechanic.
Remove OEM fender and muffler covers. This will not
be re-used.
Note: You will need to trim the OEM heatshield for turn
signal clearance. Then re-install the heatshield.
Install rubber trim to the concave section of the bracket.
Attach the bracket to bottom of Two Brothers
exhaust clamps.

Run wires up from fender along left side and use zip ties
and zip tie tabs to secure away from muffler.
You will need to cut the OEM connectors from your
fender that will not be used and splice them into the
harness supplied, use the wiring diagram below:
* If the plate lights are to be used they will need to have
the connectors cut off and joined in to the red and
the black tail light wires before they plug into the
white connector.
* Heat the connectors supplied with a heat gun or blow
dryer to make them a water tight seal.
Check to be sure all the lights work properly and all wires
are away from the muffler.
