Installation Instructions

1. Make sure the UTV is completely cool before starting the
installation. Make sure the UTV is secure on a level surface
and the wheels are chocked to prevent the unit from rolling.
2. Remove OEM exhaust cover and brackets. They will not be
re-used.
3. Remove O2 sensor from muffler pipe.
4. Remove the OEM bolts and springs from the muffler
joint, muffler upper mount, and muffler lower mount.
5. Remove OEM muffler and gasket.

We recommend that this performance part be installed by a qualified
motorcycle technician. If you have any doubts as to your ability to install
this performance part, please consult with your local motorcycle dealer.
Read all instructions first before starting installation. Make sure the
motorcycle and exhaust system are completely cool before starting the
installation. Be sure to save all stock components for possible use later.
**This product has not been tested with all available accessories and
some items may cause excessive heat. Excessive heat may cause
damage to your vehicle. Two Brothers Racing will not be responsible for
damaged parts.
6. Attach TBR mufflers together using the supplied 8x16mm
bolts and lock washers.
7. Install O2 adapter with copper washer and barrel clamp
onto TBR slip tube.
8. Install TBR slip tube. Use a thin layer of supplied anti-
seize on both slip fit joints. Attach with supplied hook
springs.
9. Install TBR muffler assembly to UTV in a sliding motion
using the OEM rubber mounting points.
