Two Brothers Racing Yamaha FZ6R - Manual

1. Make sure the bike is completely cool before
starting the installation. Make sure the bike is
secure on a centerstand or ideally a service lift.
2. Remove right side fairing.
3. Remove header flange nuts.
4. Remove OEM muffler assembly.
5. Install TBR header pipes, 1-4 number 1 starting on
the left if sitting on the bike, leave loose for now, be
sure to retain stock gasket.
6. Attach muffler mounting bracket to right side OEM
mounting position using the OEM bolt and supplied
8mm flange nut.
7. Install left and right collectors using a small amount
of high temp silicone on all slip fit areas.
8. Attach muffler to TBR slip system using the supplied
X-ring, 6x14mm socket head cap screws and lock
washers that are provided, leave loose for now.
