Remove rear tank mount bolt and gently slide tank toward
the rear of the bike. Prop the tank up exposing the fuel
injector connectors. (Fig 5)
Route the JUICE BOX™ harness from the storage
compartment under the front seat to the fuel injector
connectors. (Fig 6)
Attach the adhesive backed hook and loop material to
the back of the JUICE BOX™ and side of the storage
compartment under the front seat. (Fig 7)
Disconnect the injector connectors from the injectors.
Connect the JUICE BOX™ female and male connectors
to the injectors and the injector connectors that were just
disconnected. (Fig 8)

starting installation. Make sure the vehicle and exhaust system are completely cool
before starting the installation. Also, make sure the vehicle is secure during installation.

applicable, nor inteded for use on EMISSIONS CONTROLLED street, highway or off-road
vehicles. The Juice Box™ is not applicable, nor inteded for use on aircraft.

Make sure the vehicle is completely cool before starting
the installation. Also, make sure the vehicle is secure and
will not roll around.
Remove the rear seat using the key lock under the left
side of the rear seat. (Fig 1)
Remove the front seat by pulling the loop and lifting the
front seat. (Fig 2)
Remove the bolt that secures the small right side tank
cover and gently pop the cover off. Repeat for left side.
(Fig 3)
Remove the bolt that secures the large right side tank
cover and gently pop the cover off. Repeat for left side.
