In manual flash mode
The scales from the left Indicate "

underwater at an estimated 0.5 meter
(1.6 feet) using ISO 100 film, the appropriate
f/stop at “

Full” is f/22, at “

1/4” is f/11,

In manual mode, set the guide number (

u 1/4, or M 1/16) corresponding to the aperture
value selected.
If the aperture value Is set to f/11 (in the
above example), set the flash mode selector
