*1

The error content of the sensor amplifier can be checked by noting the ON/OFF
state of each bit.
OFF (0): No error; ON (1): Error
More than one error may occur simultaneously. For details of each error, refer to

the

FD-S Series Instruction Manual.

*2

Details of output status can be checked by noting the ON/OFF state of each bit.

*3

If the instantaneous flow rate is above the upper limit of display range ("FFFF" is
displayed), the data will be "32767". If it is below the lower limit of display range
("- FFF" is displayed), the data will be "- 32768". If another error is displayed, the
data just before the error occurred or the error response (0EH) is displayed.
The data is for "rESo" irrespective of the display mode set on the sensor ampli-
fier.

*4

If the integration flow value is above the upper limit, the upper limit value is
retained. If it is above the lower limit, the lower limit value is retained. If a sensor
amplifier error occurs, the data just before the error occurred or the error
response (0EH) is displayed.
Data is read in minimum display units irrespective of the integrated flow quantity
unit set on the sensor amplifier.

*5

If the temperature is above the upper limit of display range ("FFFF" is displayed),
the data will be "32767". If it is below the lower limit of display range ("- FFF" is
displayed), the data will be "- 32768". If another error is displayed, the data just
before the error occurred or the error response (0EH) is displayed.

*6

If a value 100.0 is written, a warning is not issued even when the temperature
exceeds the upper limit of temperature display range, but it is issued only when
the temperature falls below the lower limit setting.

*7

If a value 000.0 is written, a warning is not issued even when the temperature
falls below the lower limit of temperature display range, but it is issued only when
the temperature exceeds the upper limit setting.

*8

If "analog output selection" is set to "standard", rewriting "free range analog
upper limit" or "free range analog lower limit" fails.

*9

Set this parameter to 0 when disabling zero cut.

*10 If the "low density zero cut function" is OFF, changing the "low density zero cut

level" value does not take effect.

*11 These parameters will be applied at the time of initial resetting.
