MOUNTING THE BL-600/601/600HA/601HA
The following is the procedure for mounting the BL-600/601/600HA/
601HA with the supplied mounting bracket. To mount the BL-600 Series
without the mounting bracket, refer to “Mounting the BL-600 Series
without the mounting bracket” below.

1. Attach the BL-600 Series to the mounting bracket.
Ö Refer to page 5 for the dimensions of the mounting bracket.
2. Fasten the mounting bracket.
* Mounting screws (M4) are not included.
* To suppress the noise conveyed through the mounting bracket, be
sure to use insulating spacers.
Note: An insulating sheet is affixed to the bottom surface of the
supplied mounting bracket. Do not remove this insulating sheet.
MOUNTING THE BL-650HA/611HA
The following is the procedure for mounting the BL-650HA/651HA with
the supplied mounting bracket. To mount the BL-600 Series without the
mounting bracket, refer to “Mounting the BL-600 Series without the
mounting bracket”on page 4.

1. Attach the BL-600 Series to the mounting bracket.
* The mounting bracket for the BL-650HA/651HA allows two mounting
orientations. Choose the appropriate orientation according to the
application.

2. Fasten the mounting bracket
* Mounting screws (M4) are not included.
* To suppress the noise conveyed through the mounting bracket, be
sure to use insulating spacers.
Note: An insulating sheet is affixed to the bottom surface of the
supplied mounting bracket. Do not remove this insulating sheet.
MOUNTING THE BL-600 SERIES WITHOUT THE MOUNTING BRACKET
The BL-600 Series must be mounted so that laser beam application
angle is about 15°. This means that the BL-600/601/600HA/601HA must
be tilted at a 15° angle. It is not necessary to tilt the BL-650HA/651HA
because the laser beam for these products is emitted at an angle of
17°.

1. Fasten the BL-600 Series.
Fasten the BL-600 Series in the mounting position with M3 screws.
* The M3 screws are not included. Select the M3 screws after checking
the panel thickness and other factors of the mounting position. (The
mounting hole for the BL-600 Series is 4 mm deep.)
* To suppress the noise from the device, be sure to apply insulation to
the mounting part of the BL-600 Series and the device.
