Setting the slide controls
( o n some models)
The Refrigerator and Freezer Controls
come preset for you in the mid-setting.
If you need to change a control
setting:
• Move the control one number to the left
or right.
LEFT for WARMER temperature
RIGHT for COOLER temperature
IMPORTANT: Remember to wait 24
hours between adjustments. Doing so
gives food items time to respond to the
temperature change.
Turning the refrigerator off
• Slide the Freezer Control to the Off
setting.
Doing this stops all cooling in both the
refrigerator and freezer compartments.

from its electrical power supply.
