Click the down-arrow for “Print to the following port” and select
“COM4: (Infrared Serial (COM)) Port”.
Make sure the BJC-55 Series is connected properly with the
computer via infrared port
Confirming correct infrared connection

Click the Start button, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.

Double click the Infrared Monitor icon.
