Document prints in only black and white
A document that contains coloured text or images prints only in black
and white.
Check to see if the Color BJ Cartridge is installed
Press the CARTRIDGE button to move the cartridge holder to the
centre and open the top cover to see if a Color BJ Cartridge is installed.
Make sure that Greyscale Print is switched off
While Greyscale Print is selected, all colours will print in black and
white. For colour printing, click the Greyscale Print box off.
Switching Greyscale Print off

Click the Start button, point to Settings, and click Printers.

Right-click the Canon BJC-55 icon and select Properties.
3.
Click the Main tab.
4.
Click the Greyscale Print box off.
