Advanced functions

— Select a number from the list or enter a new number.

— Press the green call button or select Menu, Call.

The system places the call.

Calling from the native address book or native call logs

1. Navigate to the native Contact or Call logs application.

2. Perform a search or scroll through the list and highlight a record.

3. Select Menu, Call Using Nortel MCC3100.

4. Select the number from the contact to call.

The MC 3100 phone screen appears.

5. Enter a prefix before the number if one is required.

6. Do one of the following:

To call from your BlackBerry number in Direct Outbound mode, press

the green call button or select Menu, Call.

To call from your BlackBerry number in Call-me-First mode, select

Menu, Call Me First.

To call from another number:

— Select Menu, Call From.

— Select a number from the list or enter a new number.

— Press the green call button or select Menu, Call.

The system sets up the call.

Receiving calls

After you log on, you can receive voice calls from any MCC 3100 for

BlackBerry pane.

How incoming calls are received depends on the settings configured in
the IM/Call Settings pane.

Call Screening Enabled: You receive a popup alert that there is an

incoming call for you. You must accept or decline the call.
