Call screening and voice mail

Missed or ignored calls go to voice mail, either your cellular voice mail or

enterprise voice mail, depending on the screening mode.

Operation

Call Screening on

If you accept the call (at the alert) but then

do not answer the call when it starts to ring,

the call goes to cellular voice mail.

If you reject the call at the alert, the call goes

to the enterprise voice mail.

Call Screening Off

Incoming calls are forwarded to your mobile

phone. A voice prompt asks you to press #

to accept the call.

• If you press #, then the call is

established.

• If you do not press # (you ignore the

call), then the call goes to enterprise

voice mail.

Using the Mid Call features

While you are in a voice call, you can use the following voice call

telephony features:

Call hold and retrieve: Place the current call on hold, then resume it.

Call transfer: Transfer the call to another party: either blind or

supervised.

Device handoff: Move the call from your desktop phone to the
MCC 3100 and vice versa.

Call swap: Switch between two parties while you are in an
established call.
