It is possible to change an electronic module during operation. The con-
figuration data is retained when a module is changed.
Effects:
System environment A:
– In the event of a potential FS communication error, the FS section
of the PSSu system and all relevant I/O-Groups (SafetyBUS p)
switch to a STOP condition.
System environment B:
– All FS hardware outputs on the PSSu system switch to a safe con-
dition.
– The substitute values are used for the modules' FS outputs, with
Valid Bits = FALSE.

Only change the module when the load is switched off!
