2.2 Log in using Telnet
The user can also use Telnet to log into the switch management software. Use a cross-
over or straight-through cable to attach an RJ45 port of the switch to the RJ45 port of a
PC. Access as follows:
1. In the “Run” page in Windows, enter “telnet 192.168.0.2” and click on “OK” as shown
in Fig 2-7:

2. Enter the user name: “admin” and password: “123” and press the ‘OK’ key to
access the main menu of the Telnet console management as shown Fig 2-8:
