. SIMULATOR MODE:
I
Rotating the Green Switch to position number 5, (US Gallons) or position letter D, (Liters) places the FloNET module into Simulator
Mode. While in Simulator Mode the module generates a simulated fuel flow signal, (PGN 127489 Engine Parameters Dynamic) with
small fluctuations onto the display’s upper line. The signal is also transmitted
onto the NMEA 2000 backbone and can be used to
heck display compatibility and NMEA 2000 cable connections.
c
he lower line shows a simulated fuel total, (GAL TOT or LIT TOT). The current Instance number is displayed to the right of TOT.

II. DIAGNOSTIC TEST:
1.
Start the engine(s) and allow them to “warm-up” for 5 to 10 mi
es.
nut
2.
With engine(s) running, place the FloNET Module into Diagnostic Test mode. To do so rotate the Green Switch to Position 1,
(for US Gallons models) or Position 9, (for Metric models). This places the instrument into Diagnostic Test mode. The display’s
upper line shows raw, (un-calibrated) fuel flow through the Forward Sensor. The display’s lower line shows raw, (un-calibrated)
fuel flow through the Return Sensor.
OTE: Calibration settings do not affect diagnostic mode readings.
