Testing Pump Pressure
To test the pressure of the pump, proceed as follows:
1
Remove the pipe plug in the center of the control valve cover. Covers are marked for easy
identification.

Install the pressure gauge.

Start the pump and open the nozzle to full flow for a true reading.

With the nozzle open, a normal pressure reading is 16-18 PSI pressure.

With the nozzle closed, a normal pressure reading is 25-28 PSI pressure. See
