- 1 Attach the hand drive pulley bracket (M05567A001) to the frame using the existing studs in the frame column. Secure the bracket with two M8 nuts (M00414B003) and one M8X18 self- threading screw (M00417B009) and tighten.
- 2 Insert the hydraulic fitting (K76145-21) into the fitting port on the hand drive pulley (Rl3824-02) and tighten.
- 3 Apply grease liberally to the pulley stud (K85561) and inside the hub bore of the hand drive pulley.
- 4 Insert the pulley stud into the hand drive pulley hub and screw it into the bearing on the pulley bracket.
- 5 Insert and tighten the set screw (Kl8719) into the bracket bearing.
- 6 Place the shaft and hub hand drive assembly (M05767A001) on the pump support plate and insert two M8X18 self-threading screws.
- 7 Place the shorter belt (R06711-75) over the small outer pulley on the pumping unit and the inner pulley on the hand drive shaft and hub assembly.
- 8 Place the longer belt (R06711-61) over the large outer pulley on the hand drive shaft, hub assembly and the large hand drive pulley.
- 9 Adjust the belt’s tension by sliding the shaft and hub assembly using the slots on the assembly bracket and tighten the two M8Xl8 screws.
- Completing the Installation
- 1 Insert the hand drive crank assembly (N18539) into the hand drive pulley (R13824-02) and test the hand drive by dispensing some fuel into an approved container.
- 2 Remove the hand drive crank assembly (N18539) and place the lower panel door and lock it.
- 3 Inform the manager/owner that power will be restored to the unit.
- 4 Restore power using normal procedures.
- 5 Remove the lockout/tagout and return to normal operation.
