FIELD WIRING, CFN AC POWER AND RS-485
Wall-or Pole-Mounted FPR To CFN
If your Fuel Point Reader will be wall- or pole-mounted for use with CFN, follow this diagram. Use
wire type and size as described earlier in this section.
Pedestal-Mounted to CFN Islander Satellite
If your Fuel Point Reader was installed on your CFN Islander satellite pedestal at the factory, you
do not need to do any field wiring between the FPR and the satellite.
Pedestal-Mounted to CFN ICR
If your Fuel Point Reader was installed on your CFN ICR pedestal at the factory, follow the wiring
diagrams in Section 4 to connect the AC and RS-485 communications cables to the ICR. The AC
and RS-485 cables are factory-installed on the FPR side only.
