5.3.2 Optical image
The raw optical image (figure 5.5) which contains all optical information can be seen by
clicking on the Optical image link on the left panel on the Diagnostics page.
The optical image can be downloaded as a file by clicking on the caption ( Raw optical
image ) of the image. This file can be used by K-Patents for troubleshooting purposes.
