• Check the settings for the proxy server

on the "Sunny Portal settings" page.

• Contact the SMA Service Line.

Access denied.

The Sunny Portal website can not be found.
Corrective measures:

• Check network settings.

The Sunny Portal server is not available.
Corrective measures:

• If the Sunny Portal server is not

available for more that 8 hours,
contact the SMA Service Line.
