the option board.
The Drive or option board was
damaged. Replace the option board or the
Drive.

RAM-Err ASIC Internal RAM Fault
Control circuit failure/damage. Cycle power to the Drive.
Control circuit damage. Replace the Drive.

WAT-Err Watchdog Timer Fault
Control circuit failure/damage. Cycle power to the Drive.
Control circuit damage. Replace the Drive.

CPU-Err CPU-ASIC Mutual Diagnosis Fault
Control circuit failure/damage. Cycle power to the Drive.
